Terms

What you're paying for. Every payment on this board buys temporary placement, ranked purely by cumulative amount paid. It is advertising placement, not an item, service, or guarantee of any duration, traffic, or outcome.

Non-refundable. All payments are final. Being unseated, or your bid decaying below another listing, is expected and normal — it is not a service failure and does not entitle you to a refund.

Decay. Your listing's effective rank reduces over time unless you submit an additional payment (top-up). This is disclosed here and on the submission form before you pay.

No guaranteed rank or duration. Anyone may unseat your position at any time, including immediately after you pay.

Content policy. You may only submit a name, link, and image you have the right to use. We may remove any listing that is illegal, infringing, or fraudulent, or that links to content that is illegal, infringing, fraudulent, or harmful, without refund.

No warranty. The board is provided as-is. We do not vet, endorse, or verify listings beyond basic content moderation.
